The Banks County Board of Education recognized students for their participation in the Banks County Public Library's summer reading program at the August meeting,

Mrs. Brittany Brown’s Geometry classes at Banks County High School linked Geometry to ocean conservation by studying a sea turtle's journey and the impact of plastic pollution. Students received 4Ocean bracelets to reinforce the lesson's message about protecting our oceans.
