The Banks County School System is dedicated to delivering high-quality instruction and academic support to all students. To support this goal, we utilize two powerful online platforms—i-Ready and IXL—to enhance learning and increase student achievement across all grade levels.

I-Ready is a diagnostic and instructional tool that provides personalized learning pathways in reading and mathematics. It helps teachers identify individual student strengths and areas for growth through adaptive assessments. IXL offers comprehensive, standards-aligned practice in math, language arts, science, and social studies. It allows students to build mastery through engaging, skill-specific activities and provides immediate feedback to support learning. IXL also provides teachers with real-time insights into student performance, enabling them to adjust instruction and reinforce critical concepts.

Canvas
Canvas is the online learning platform used by Banks County Schools to support student success. Through Canvas, teachers can share assignments, resources, grades, and announcements with students. Parents can also use the Canvas Parent App to stay connected by viewing assignments, course calendars, grades, and teacher updates in real time. Canvas helps families partner with teachers to monitor progress and stay engaged in learning throughout the school year.
