Back to School Reminder: Important Steps Before July 20

1. As we prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, Banks County Schools wants to remind families of two important steps to complete before July 20. New student registration for grades K–12 and the required Annual Student Update for returning students can both be completed in Infinite Campus. Completing these steps early helps our schools prepare for a smooth start to the new year and ensures that student information is accurate and up to date. Families can log in to Infinite Campus to complete the Annual Student Record Update. Register

2. Please download the System App. The app gives families quick access to school news, calendars, announcements, and important notifications from the district and your child’s school. It is one of the easiest ways to stay informed throughout the school year.

3. Download the Supply Lists for your students' grade level. Supply Lists for 2026-2027

4. Mark your calendars for the 2026-2027 Open House Dates

5. Summer Meals are available

Daily meal pick-up will be available Monday through Thursday, June 1–18, at the Banks County Public Library, located at 226 GA-51, Homer, GA 30547. Breakfast will be available from 7:30–9:00 a.m., and lunch will be available from 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Weekend meals will also be available for pick-up on Thursdays from 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

A meal site will also be available at Banks County High School, June 1–18, Monday through Thursday. Breakfast will be served from 7:30–9:00 a.m., and lunch from 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Meals at this location must be eaten on-site. Meals for pick-up are available at the Banks County Public Library.

Additional weekend meal pick-up locations will be available on Thursdays, June 4, 11, and 18, at the following locations:

Please note that each child may receive one breakfast and one lunch per day. Only a parent or guardian may pick up meals for children ages 18 and under.
