Members of the Banks County Board of Education—William Reems, Anthony Seabolt, Dr. Mark Stroud, Eli Cooper, and Tyler Maney—and Superintendent Dr. Ann Hopkins and Assistant Superintendent Joy Edwards, were in attendance. The honorees' families also joined in recognizing the students' accomplishments.
High School Principal Will Foster shared remarks about each of the three young women, highlighting their academic dedication, school involvement, and service at Banks County High School.
"I cannot express how grateful we are for their hard work and support throughout the years," said Foster. "These are the students we look to—not just for their leadership, but for how they connect and care for others. They are often the first to lend a hand, whether it is welcoming new students as tour guides, leading clubs, or setting the standard in the classroom. Their presence has made a lasting impact on our school community." He added, "We are excited to see what they will accomplish as they enter the world as young adults."
Banks County High School is proud to celebrate the achievements of these students and the entire Class of 2025. Graduation will be held at the Banks County High School Leopard Stadium at 8:00 pm on May 23, 2025. Gates will open at 6:00 pm.
