The curricula for Advanced Placement World History and Advanced Placement Language have recently gone through a review and been updated by College Board. In order to help our students succeed in these courses, Banks County Schools is looking to purchase the most current textbook and online resource for these courses.
Prior to adoption we are providing a review period that will conclude on Friday, July 3, 2020. Parents and guardians have an opportunity to review the text and resource or contact with any questions or concerns with the high school principal, Ms. Christine Bray, at (706)677-2221 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Banks County Schools is proud to announce we will be partnering with ESE Telehealth and Live Life Counseling for the upcoming school year. This partnership will allow students the opportunity to participate in acute and mental healthcare through telehealth capability. We understand the obstacles many of our families encounter with being able to access ongoing healthcare for our students, especially during this unprecedented time. During the school year, students will be able to access these services on our school campuses. We are pleased to provide the ability for families to go ahead and begin utilizing the mental health service component this summer by registering at the following link and requesting an appointment: https://hipaa.jotform.com/200973840559059.
There will be a separate link to register for acute telehealth services that will be available at a later date.
