Elections for new governance team members will be held at each of the schools on Thursday, May 4th!
Banks County Schools will have a two-week nominating period beginning Monday, April 17, 2017 continuing through Monday, May 1, 2017 for 3 certified staff positions and 3 community member/parent positions. Voting based on these nominations will take place on Thursday, May 4, 2017 from 8:00AM to 4:00P.M in the administrative office of each school. The newly elected positions will start in August. In order to nominate an individual, please send an email to the principal of the respective school naming the candidate. Prior to the name being placed on the ballot, the candidate being nominated will be contacted to verify acceptance of the nomination.
