Kindergarten Registration will be Monday, April 23rd from 8:15 - 5:30 and on Tuesday, April 24th from 8:15 - 3:00
If your child will be 5 years of age by September 1st, 2012, he/she is qualified to register for kindergarten. The registration packet is quite large this year, so we suggest you stop by the school office and pick up your packet early.
On the day of registration, BRING YOUR CHILD and the following documents for registration:
- Social Security Card
- Immunization Record (GA form 3231)
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency to include:
- Major utility bill with physical 911 address (light or water bill) OR
- Rental/Lease agreement with physical 911 address OR
- If you reside with a relative, you must present a notarized letter stating that you are currently living at that location. We also need a major utility bill in the relative's name.
